This article provides insight on how to create, reschedule, view, and remove scheduled mass notifications
With the 911Cellular Mass Notification System, you can save pre-configured notifications and set-up mass notifications to be sent out either as a one-time occurrence or on a scheduled basis.
Getting Started
Schedule a Mass Notification
- Create a Saved Notification
- Click on the calendar icon
- Select time, occurrence and click on “Save Schedule” to save.
Mass Notification will be sent out at the scheduled time.
View All Scheduled Notifications
- Click on the “>” on “Send Notifications”
- Select “Scheduled”
- A list of all scheduled notifications should be visible
Reschedule Scheduled Notifications
- To Reschedule Notifications click on "Reschedule" to the right of the message
- Update the time and occurrence, then click on “Save Schedule” to save
Cancel Scheduled Notifications
- Click on the dropdown icon
- Click on “Remove from schedule”
- Click on “Remove” to remove the mass notification from Schedule
