All About Scheduled Mass Notifications

This article provides insight on how to create, reschedule, view, and remove scheduled mass notifications

With the 911Cellular Mass Notification System, you can save pre-configured notifications and set-up mass notifications to be sent out either as a one-time occurrence or on a scheduled basis.

Getting Started

Schedule a Mass Notification

  1. Create a Saved Notification
  2. Click on the calendar icon
  3. Select time, occurrence and click on “Save Schedule” to save.

Mass Notification will be sent out at the scheduled time.

View All Scheduled Notifications

  1. Click on the “>” on “Send Notifications”
  2. Select “Scheduled”
  3. A list of all scheduled notifications should be visible

Reschedule Scheduled Notifications

  1. To Reschedule Notifications click on "Reschedule" to the right of the message
  2. Update the time and occurrence, then click on “Save Schedule” to save

Cancel Scheduled Notifications

  1. Click on the dropdown icon
  2. Click on “Remove from schedule”
  3. Click on “Remove” to remove the mass notification from Schedule
