The Mobile Safety App is very customizable, this article details how to change the cosmetics.
The colors, as well as the placement of tiles on your Mobile Safety App home screen can be modified at anytime by system Administrators on this URL: Mobile App Configurations.
To modify these settings, click on "Adjust Default App Colors"
The 'Primary Colors' setting allows you to control the color that is most prominently displayed on your Mobile Safety App home screen. Many brands choose to use their most recognizable color in this field.
The 'Emergency Color' feature controls the color of the Emergency Slider:
The 'Tile Background Color, Tile Text Color and Tile Icon Color' feature controls the color of the Tile background, text, and icon: 
Customizing Individual Tiles
Individual Tiles on the mobile app can be customized via two instances
1. During the creation of the tile, there are options to change the tile background, icon and text color
2. After the creation of the tile, by clicking on the edit icon on the specified tile to be customize
3. Click on "Preview Changes" to preview the changes made to the tile
4. Click on "Save Change" to save the update made to the mobile app
*Customized individual tiles, will only be visible in mobile app versions greater than 4.2.1
