Incident Types for your Dispatchers/Operations
As well, Incident Types allow dispatchers/operators to select a resolution before archiving calls (example, test alert, legitimate alert, etc.). This helps provide clarity to the analytics.
By linking incident types to Emergency Workflows, the system can automatically send alerts to pre-defined groups or users based on the specific incident type selected. This feature helps ensure that the right people are notified promptly and can take appropriate action based on the nature of the incident.
