You can send preview notifications to ONLY your device(s) before sending to all recipients.
What is a Mass Notification "Preview?"
The "Send to me" function of our Mass Notification System will send a test message to ONLY the devices associated to the portal user sending the message. For example, if you create a message and click on "Send to me", a test message will be sent ONLY to your phone number, email address, Mobile Safety App account, and/or Computer Panic Button (via screen takeover).
The "Send to me" function can be found on the "Review Before Sending" page of the Mass Notification System.
The "Send to me" function is available for the following methods of sending:

- Mobile Safety App Alert
- Computer Screen Takeover Alert
How do I know which devices will receive the Preview?
When you send a Preview, only devices associated with your portal account will receive the Preview message. You can view and configure your associated devices on your Profile page. Access this by clicking the user icon in the upper-right corner and clicking "Profile."
How do I send a Preview message?
To send a Preview message , begin by composing a mass notification. Follow the steps to create a new message, or edit a pre-configured template message. After entering the title and body of your message, click the green "Review & Send" button to be taken to the Review page. Click the "Send to me" button at the bottom of this page to send the preview message to your device(s).
Once the Preview has been sent, a "Results" pop-up will appear in the portal. From this pop-up, you can view/download a report of the results. If the preview message is unsatisfactory, you can click "Revise" to go back and edit the notification. If the preview appears suitable across all your devices, you can send the message out to all recipients by clicking "Send All."
