      How to Setup Mutualink LNK 360

      This article provides steps on how to configure Mutualink on the 911Cellular Portal

      911Cellular-Mutualink integration allows for emergency activations triggered via the 911Cellular system to be forwarded to the Mutualink monitoring platform.

      Getting Started

      1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Mutualink
      2. Set “Mode” to “Enabled”

        *Testing and Disabled mode will not send panics to Mutualink
      3. Click on “Add Credentials”
      4. Add “Reference Id and Building Id”  provided by Mutualink, select a “Zone” and click on “Add”

        *Panic activations in the selected zone will be forwarded to mutualink
