Everything you need to review delivery, understand status outcomes, and download documentation after you send or schedule a notification—ideal for incidents, tests, compliance, audits, and after-action reviews.

How to check results 

  1. Left nav Analytics → Mass Notifications → More info for totals by channel.

  2. Search by specific alert: Mass Notifications → More info → Archived (Sent) Notifications → Details (binoculars icon).

  3. See a person’s status: Click a recipient row for the method of sending and timestamped attempt timeline (Sent, Delivered, any error).

  4. Export: Click Download CSV to share or attach to your report.

What you can see 

  • Overall results at a glance — How many messages were sent and delivered across text, email, voice, and app.

  • Details for a single alert — Which channels you used, who it went to, and how each method performed.

  • Status for each person — Exactly what happened for that recipient (when it was sent, when it arrived, and any error).

  • A copy of what was sent — The original title/message, selected groups, and delivery methods (useful for audits).

  • Export for sharing — A CSV of recipient-level results for incident records or after-action reviews.
