Network Adapter Blacklist on Windows CPB

This article details how to blacklist network adapters for the Computer Panic Button

This feature may be especially useful for remote employees working on a virtual network.

The Network Adapter Blacklist allows organizations to add keywords in order to blacklist certain network adapters for Computer Panic Button clients running on Windows Operating System.  Any network adapter that matches a blacklisted keyword will disable CPB on that network.  

For example if the keyword “Ethernet” is blacklisted, it would apply to any network adapter with Ethernet in its name or description

How to Add Keywords to the Network Adapter Blacklist

1. Go to settings → Applications → Computer Panic Buttons → Network Adapter Blacklist
   *VPN, Virtual, and Cisco keywords are added by default
2. Click on Add Blacklist Keyword
   
3. Enter Keyword and click on “Add”
