Dispatcher Assets allow you to upload crucial files that can be conveniently accessed by dispatchers in the event of a panic activation. Upload image or PDF assets that can be shown to dispatchers when an emergency is activated. These assets are linked to Security Zones, enabling essential information like floor plans to be associated with specific physical areas within the organization.
Getting Started
How to Add an Asset
1. Go to Settings > Applications > Shared Configuration > Dispatcher Assets
2. Click on "Add Asset"
3. Complete the required (*) fields and click on "Add"
4.Asset gets created and appears on the list
