This article provides a guide on how to set up Special Attentions for Dispatchers
911Cellular's Special Attentions feature allows you to set up specific instructions to appear when a panic alert is triggered in a designated zone, based on the chosen device and type of emergency. These instructions will be visible to dispatchers when they access the panic alert that meets the specified criteria.
Getting Started
- Go to Settings → Applications → Shared Configuration → Special Attentions
- Click on “New Special Attention”
- Complete the required info * in the “Manage Special Attention” pop-up and click on “Save”
- Special Attention is saved and appears on the list
- Special Attention displays when a panic meets the criteria set for the zone, device and incident type
